De daadwerkelijke omvang van de opdracht is afhankelijk van of er een crisis uitbreekt, de omvang van deze crisis en het aantal uitbraken gedurende zo’n crisis. Bij de uiteindelijk geraamde opdrachtwaarde dient dan ook de nuancering gemaakt te worden dat deze waarde onzeker is en aanmerkelijk lager of hoger kan uitkomen. Opdrachtnemer kan aan de geraamde/maximale waarde en aantallen geen rechten ontlenen gelet op bovenstaande. Er is bij het opstellen van dit Aanbestedingsdocument gehandeld met de actuele kennis en inzichten van dit moment.
