Additional information: Urad Republike Slovenije za investicije v zdravstvu (UIZ) je pooblastil UKC Maribor za izvedbo predmetnega javnega naročila. Odločitev o oddaji javnega naročila in odločitev o morebitnem zahtevku za revizijo v predrevizijskem postopku sprejme UIZ. UIZ nastopa kot naročnik in plačnik v delu, ki se nanaša na nakup opreme iz sklopa 1 in ureditev prostorov in dobavo pohištvene opreme iz sklopa 2. UKC Maribor nastopa kot naročnik in plačnik v delu, ki se nanaša na vzdrževanje analizatorja iz sklopa 1 za obdobje šestih (6) let od poteka garancijskega roka in na nabavo potrošnih materialov za analizator za obdobje štirih (4) let od sklenitve okvirnega sporazuma. Ponudba mora veljati do roka, kot je opredeljeno v poglavju 2.16 Navodil ponudnikom za izdelavo ponudbe, t.j. do 21. 3. 2027. Za sklop 2 je predviden ogled prostorov, in sicer 3. 9. 2026, ob 9. uri. Potencialni ponudniki se naj ob navedenem terminu oglasijo pri sonaročniku, na lokaciji UKC Maribor, pred stavbo št. 2 (Klinika za interno medicino), vhod 2A.
