Information about review deadlines: Overeenkomstig artikel 23, § 2, van de wet van 17 juni 2013 betreffende de motivering, de informatie en de rechtsmiddelen inzake overheidsopdrachten, bepaalde opdrachten voor werken, leveringen en diensten en concessies, moet elk verhaal tot vernietiging worden ingediend bij de Raad van State binnen een termijn van 60 dagen te rekenen vanaf de bekendmaking, de kennisgeving of de kennisneming van de betwiste rechtshandeling. Voor een vordering tot schorsing wegens uiterst dringende noodzakelijkheid moet het rechtsmiddel worden ingediend binnen een termijn van 15 dagen te rekenen vanaf de bekendmaking, de kennisgeving of de kennisneming van de betwiste rechtshandeling, overeenkomstig artikel 23, § 3, van de voornoemde wet van 17 juni 2013. Ten slotte moeten het verhaal tot schadevergoeding en de vordering tot forfaitaire schadevergoeding, bedoeld in artikel 16 van de voornoemde wet van 17 juni 2013, worden ingesteld binnen een termijn van vijf jaar, onverminderd de bepalingen die van toepassing zijn op de schadevergoeding tot herstel bedoeld in artikel 11bis van de wetten op de Raad van State, gecoördineerd op 12 januari 1973, overeenkomstig artikel 23, § 4, van de voornoemde wet van 17 juni 2013.
