Description of selection criterion: * Het UEA, waarmee de ondernemer verklaart dat hij zich niet bevindt in een van de uitsluitingssituaties als bedoeld in de artikelen 67 tot 69 van de wet van 17 juni 2016. Artikel 70 van de wet van 17 juni 2016 betreffende de overheidsopdrachten is van toepassing. Voor de in artikel 67 van de wet bedoelde uitsluitingsgronden deelt de gegadigde of inschrijver op eigen initiatief mee of hij bij het begin van de procedure de in artikel 70, lid 1, bedoelde corrigerende maatregelen heeft genomen. * Door in te schrijven op deze opdracht verklaart de inschrijver zich niet in een toestand van uitsluiting te bevinden, zoals bedoeld in artikels 67 tot en met 69 van de wet van 17 juni 2016 betreffende overheidsopdrachten. Deze impliciete verklaring slaat onder meer op inlichtingen en documenten die voor de aanbestedende overheid kosteloos en elektronisch toegankelijk zijn, met name het attest van niet-faillissement, het RSZ-attest en het attest betreffende de fiscale verplichtingen. Deze zullen door de aanbestedende overheid worden opgehaald uit Telemarc na opening van de offertes. * De inschrijver dient een recent (max 3 maanden oud t.o.v. openingsdatum) uittreksel uit het strafregister uitgereikt door een gerechtelijke overheid of overheidsinstantie van het land van oorsprong of herkomst bij zijn offerte te voegen. De Belgische inschrijver dient een uittreksel uit het strafregister in volgens het bijzonder model 596.1-32 * De inschrijver van vreemde nationaliteit moet, opdat zijn inschrijving als regelmatig zou worden beschouwd, attesten voorleggen die door de bevoegde overheden zijn uitgereikt, overeenkomstig de wettelijke bepalingen van het land waar hij gevestigd is, en waaruit blijkt dat hij: - niet in staat van faillissement verkeert; - voldaan heeft aan zijn fiscale verplichtingen; - en voldaan heeft aan zijn verplichtingen ten aanzien van betalingen van de bijdragen voor sociale zekerheid.
