Title: Automatización de procesos: Control, supervisión y pruebas
Description: l objetivo de este lote es garantizar que los servicios realizados por la empresa adjudicataria del Lote 1 cumplen con los requisitos establecidos en el presente pliego de prescripciones técnicas. En concreto, se deberá verificará que las actividades ejecutadas se realizan con la suficiente calidad y se genera la documentación requerida. Esta supervisión y control deberá garantizar desde que el análisis funcional y especificación técnica de los procesos se realiza con el suficiente nivel de detalle y se dispone de la documentación requerida con la calidad adecuada, hasta que el software entregado cumple las especificaciones establecidas mediante la ejecución de las pruebas correspondientes. La actividad de este lote contemplará el seguimiento y control de los trabajos de desarrollo de flujos de procesos en BPM y RPAs, así como, las actividades asociadas al mantenimiento y evolución de los procesos ya implementados. Los servicios que se contemplan en este Lote 2 son los siguientes: l) Gestión del servicio m) Seguimiento, validación y control del Lote 1 n) Pruebas de verificación y validación o) Seguimiento y evolución procesos implementados
