Description: Merilo za izbor ekonomsko najugodnejše ponudbe za posamezno postavko je najnižja ponudbena cena na enoto z DDV. Naročnik bo pri posamezni postavki med dopustnimi ponudbami izbral ponudnika, ki bo za to postavko ponudil najnižjo ceno na enoto z DDV. Ponudnik lahko odda ponudbo za eno, več ali vse razpisane postavke. Dejstvo, da ponudnik ni oddal ponudbe za druge postavke, ne vpliva na ocenjevanje njegove ponudbe za postavke, za katere je ponudbo oddal.
Description of the method to be used if weighting cannot be expressed by criteria: Za vsako posamezno postavko bo izbran en gospodarski subjekt. Če dva ali več ponudnikov za posamezno postavko ponudijo enako najnižjo ceno na enoto z DDV, bo naročnik najugodnejšega ponudnika za to postavko določil z žrebom. Naročnik bo ponudnike, med katerimi se bo izvedel žreb, pisno obvestil o kraju in času izvedbe žreba ter jim omogočil prisotnost pri žrebu. Žreb se izvede na pregleden način, o izvedbi žreba pa se sestavi zapisnik.
