Title: Bouwkundig onderhoud RUG
Description: Preventief onderhoud (PO) Technisch planbaar onderhoud dat wordt uitgevoerd voordat een gebrek of een storing het functioneren van het element en daardoor het bedrijfsproces verstoort. Wettelijk verplichte keuringen en inspecties vallen ook onder preventief onderhoud. Correctief onderhoud (CO) Technisch onderhoud, gericht op het herstellen van functionaliteit, dat incidenteel wordt uitgevoerd, omdat een element/asset niet meer of onvoldoende functioneert. Uitvoeren van bouwkundige storingswerkzaamheden buiten kantoortijden (storingsdiensten). Groot onderhoudsprojecten (GO projecten < € 500.000) Groot onderhoudsprojecten zijn vooraf geplande, omvangrijke onderhoudswerkzaamheden die voortkomen uit het MJOP/MJIP en gericht zijn op het vernieuwen/verduurzamen van belangrijke gebouwelementen, zonder dat sprake is van verbouwingen. Deze projecten worden planmatig en volgens een vastgesteld schema uitgevoerd. Wanneer relevant kunnen onderhoudsactiviteiten binnen deze projecten worden gecombineerd of projectmatig worden georganiseerd om schaalvoordelen te behalen en efficiëntie te vergroten. Groot onderhoudsprojecten tot € 500.000 vallen onder perceel 1 en 2. De scope van de werkzaamheden voor perceel 3 bestaat uit: Groot onderhoudsprojecten (GO projecten ≥ € 500.000) Groot onderhoudsprojecten zijn vooraf geplande, omvangrijke onderhoudswerkzaamheden die voortkomen uit het MJOP/MJIP en gericht zijn op het vernieuwen of op gewenste conditie brengen van belangrijke gebouwelementen, zonder dat sprake is van verbouwingen. Deze projecten worden planmatig en volgens een vastgesteld schema uitgevoerd. Wanneer relevant kunnen onderhoudsactiviteiten binnen deze projecten worden gecombineerd of projectmatig worden georganiseerd om schaalvoordelen te behalen en efficiëntie te vergroten. Groot onderhoudsprojecten tot € 500.000 vallen onder perceel 1 en 2. De Groot onderhoudsprojecten zullen binnen dit perceel in minicompetities worden weggezet met maximaal drie Opdrachtnemers.
