Description: Mit dem Projekt Umbau und Sanierung „Alte Bleiche“ im Ortskern von Markt Altenstadt, wird ein ortsbildprägendes Ensemble im Bereich einer unter Denkmalschutz stehenden historischen Siedlungsstruktur erhalten und denkmalgerecht saniert. Es besteht aus der als Einzeldenkmal eingeordneten „Neuen Bleiche“, dem benachbarten „Erlanger Haus“ mit Nebengebäude und den umgebenden Freianlagen. Für die neue, der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemachten Nutzung des Ensembles u.A. mit Bürgersaal, Jugendzentrum und Räumen für Vereine, werden die Gebäude unter Wahrung eines respektvollen Umgangs mit der denkmalwerten Substanz instandgesetzt, energetisch saniert und für eine moderne Nutzung umstrukturiert.
