Description: FMV har på uppdrag av Försvarsmakten fått i uppgift att upphandla flykthuvor för Marinen. Anskaffningen omfattar ca 6 000 stycken flykthuvor totalt. FMV har valt att upphandla huvorna som ett ramavtal där första initialanskaffningen avropas när ramavtalet blivit giltigt. Upphandlingen avser ett ramavtal på initial 3 år med möjlighet till förlängning 2 gånger á 2 år (option 1-2) dvs totalt 7 år. Ramavtalet omfattar flykthuvor, underhållsutbildning, användarutbildning, reservdelar, ILS och systemsäkerhet. Systemmålsättning (SMS) är vid denna tidpunkt inte fastställd. Det betyder att beslut inte har fattats gällande om upphandlingen ska omfatta en (15-minuters) eller två (10- och 15-minuters) varianter av flykthuvor. Den fastställda SMSen kommer ge inriktning om vilka varianter som ska upphandlas. SMS kommer fastställas innan TS och VÅS fastställs, vilket sker innan förfrågningsunderlag färdigställs och publiceras.
