Justification for the duration of the framework agreement: L’accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée courant de la réception de la notification par le titulaire jusqu’à la garantie de parfait achèvement des travaux. La durée prévisionnelle de la mission (études et travaux) est estimée à 10 ans. En application de l’article L2125-1 du code de la commande publique, étant donné l’objet de l’accord-cadre, relatif à une mission de maîtrise d’œuvre, l’accord-cadre déroge à la durée maximum de 4 ans pour les pouvoirs adjudicateurs. Les travaux feront l’objet d’un phasage dans le temps. Le planning d’exécution deviendra définitif suite à la réunion de lancement et sera rendu contractuel par voie d’avenant.
