Description: Informatii referitoare la primirea solicitarilor de clarificari si transmiterea raspunsurilor la solicitarile de clarificari: Dupa publicarea anuntului de participare ofertantii pot adresa solicitari de clarificari la sectiunea Detalii procedura/Intrebari. Raspunsurile la solicitarile de clarificari se realizeaza in conformitate cu art 160-161 din Legea 98/2016. -Termen limita pentru solicitare clarificari la documentatie de atribuire: 18 zile anterior datei limita de depunere a ofertelor. -Data de raspuns la toate solicitarile de clarificari primite in termenul limita: in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Se va incheia un acord cadru pentru furnizare "Terminal portabil Tetra": Valoare (lei fara tva) acord cadru estimata: minim: 31.660.864 lei: maxim 119.575.282 lei Frecventa si valoarea contractelor ce urmeaza sa fie atribuite: in principiu de trei ori pe an bugetar. Cantitatile estimate acord cadru Terminal portabil Tetra: - minim 4448 cpl si maxim 16799 cpl. Cantitatile estimate minime si maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent dintre cele care urmeaza sa fie atribuite pe durata acordului cadru: - minim 100 cpl si maxim 1500 cpl. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent ce se anticipeaza ca va fi atribuit cf.art.20 alin.8 lit.g) din HG 395/2016 este: Terminal portabil Tetra: 10.677.000 lei fara T.V.A. Achizitia se va realiza pentru programele majore din MApN si in numele mai multor autoritati contractante cu care UM 02415 Bucuresti a incheiat un acord de asociere asa cum este prevazut la articolul 4, alineatul 1 din Legea 98/2016 si articolul 6^1 din ordinul Ministrului Apararii Nationale cu numarul M31 din 25 martie 2008.
