Description: Punctajul pentru factorul de evaluare „Pret”cu o valoare de 95 puncte din totalul de 100 de puncte cu o pondere de 95% din totalul criteriului de atribuire se va acorda dupa cum urmeaza : Pentru oferta admisibila cu pretul cel mai scazut – 95 puncte Pentru restul ofertelor admisibile, punctajul se va calcula utilizand urmatoarea formula: Ppret(n): Pret (min)/Pret(n) x 95, unde: Ppret(n): punctajul obtinut de catre Oferta admisibila aflata sub evaluare Pret min): cel mai scazut dintre preturile Ofertelor admisibile; Pret (n):pretul Ofertei admisibile aflata sub evaluare 2.Componenta tehnica :Termen de livrare- (Termen minim de livrare: 5 zile calendaristice inainte de ziua injectarii) – 5% Detalii privind algoritmul de calcul: Avand in vedere necesitatea respectarii stricte a graficului de injectare pentru fiecare pacient in parte, autoritatea contractanta considera oportunalivrarea produsului intr-un termen rezonabil raportat la data fiecarei injectari, asfel incat sa poata fi verificata, in prealabil si conformitatea acestuia. Ofertantii vor mentiona termenul de livrare in zile calendaristice, raportat la ziua injectarii. In mod exceptional in situatia in care termenul de livrare se implineste intr-o zi nelucratoare, livrarea se va efectua in urmatoarea , prima zi lucratoare. Termen minim de livrare acceptat prin caietul de sarcini pentru care oferta este conforma – 5 zile calendaristice inainte de ziua injectarii. Ofertele care prevad termene de livrare mai mici de 5 zile, vor fi respinse ca neconforme. Algoritm de evaluare: - ofertele care prevad termen de livrare 5 zile calendaristice inainte de data injectarii- 1 punct - ofertele care prevad termen de livrare 6 zile calendaristice inainte de data injectarii- 2.5 puncte - ofertele care prevad termen de livrare 7 zile calendaristice sau mai mare inainte de data injectarii- 5 puncte
