The Central Bank has the right, at its discretion, to extend the term for a further period or periods of up to 3 years on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Central Bank’s obligations at law, so that the Contract may ultimately have a maximum total duration of 10 years. Having regard to the nature of the Central Bank’s requirements, the contract value identified in sections 2.1.3 (Value) and 6.1 (Result lot identifier: LOT0001) of this notice represents the Central Bank’s best estimate at the time of award rather than a fixed value.
