Description: Les stipulations du présent Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières concernent la propreté urbaine de la Ville ; notamment le balayage mécanique et des prestations qui y sont associées. La description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (C.C.T.P.). Les prestations récurrentes s’exécutent par le prestataire conformément au planning et aux prescriptions du C.C.T.P. Les prestations supplémentaires ponctuelles feront l’objet d’un accord-cadre à bons de commande réglées sur la base des quantités réellement exécutées à partir des prix unitaires contenus dans le Bordereaux des prix Unitaires (B.P.U.), en application des articles R2162-1 à R2162-14 du Code de la commande publique sans minimum mais avec un maximum annuel. Il pourra être passé des marchés de prestations similaires conformément à l’article R2322-11 du code de la commande publique.
