Le marché fait l'objet d'un accord cadre exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande avec UN MAXIMUM HT, SANS MINIMUM, conclu avec 1 opérateur économique. Le marché comporte un montant maximum HT sur la durée totale du marché (y compris reconduction). Le marché prend effet et s'exécute à compter de la date de notification. Durée: 1 an. Le marché pourra être reconduit Trois fois pour une durée de 1 an. La reconduction prévue dans le marché est tacite et le titulaire ne peut s'y opposer. Le Pouvoir Adjudicateur prend par écrit la décision de ne pas reconduire le marché, au moins Trois mois avant la date d'échéance. Le marché est conclu à prix unitaires révisables dans les conditions des articles R.2112-6 à R.2112-14 du Code de la commande publique.
