Description: NWO nodigt namens het ministerie van OCW publieke en private partijen die Interventies in het onderwijs aanbieden, zoals schoolbesturen, gemeenten en onderzoekers, uit een kansrijke Interventie in te dienen om de beheersing van de basisvaardigheden te verbeteren. NWO selecteert aan de hand van een Prijsvraag, met behulp van een deskundige Jury en vooraf vastgestelde Gunningscriteria, een aantal Interventies die in het schooljaar 2027-2028 en 2028-2029 zullen worden geïmplementeerd. Een onafhankelijk team van Onderzoekers evalueert vervolgens de effectiviteit van de geselecteerde Interventies.
