Title: BAU - VOB - LV20 Heizung BA 2+3 - Schule PES
Description: Die Versorgung des Schulgebäudes erfolgt über einen im Bestand vorhandenen Fernwärmeanschluss der MVV- Netze GmbH über einen indirekten Anschluss mittels zwei Fernwärmeübergabestationen. Die vorhandene Fernwärmestation, derzeit direkte Betriebsweise, wird für die indirekte Betriebsweise mittels Wärmeübertrager umgebaut. Die Aufstellungen erfolgen in der Heizzentrale im Untergeschoss. Das Fernwärmenetz wird ganzjährig betrieben. Die Fernwärmeübergabestationen werden primärseitig mit 130/50°C und sekundärseitig mit 75/40°C ausgelegt. Von der Fernwärmeübergabestation "Gebäudeheizung" werden mehrere Gebäudeheizkreise und Unterverteilungen der Schule versorgt und mittels Heizungsverteiler / -sammler (stat. Heizung, Deckenstrahlplatten, RLT-Anlagen und Trinkwassererwärmung für Dusch- / Umkleidebereiche) aufgeteilt. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Küche geplant. Die Trinkwassererwärmung hierfür erfolgt mittels einer Frischwasserstation mit einem vorgeschalteten Heizungspufferspeicher über die Fernwärmeübergabestation "Trinkwassererwärmung Küche". Die Aufstellung erfolgt ebenfalls in der Heizzentrale im Untergeschoss. Die Heizkörper, sowie die Heizregister der RLT-Anlagen werden auf 60/40°C und die Deckenstrahlplatten auf 70/50°C ausgelegt. Das komplette Wärmeverteilnetz wird aus Edelstahl-Pressfittingsystem verlegt. Die Verteilleitungen werden im Unter- und Erdgeschoss verlegt. Alle Haupt-, Verteil- und Anschlussleitungen werden gemäß dem Gebäudeenergiegesetz (GEG) aus alukaschierter Mineralwolle wärmegedämmt, zudem sind zur Reduzierung von Wärmeverlusten Dämmkappen für alle Armaturen vorgesehen. Zur Raumbeheizung werden alle Bereiche im Unter- bis Dachgeschoss mit Röhrenheizkörper ausgestattet. Die vorhandenen Guss- bzw. Stahlradiatoren werden gegen neue Stahlröhrenradiatoren ausgetauscht. Die Standorte der Heizkörper unterhalb der Fenster werden beibehalten. Zur Beheizung der Turnhallen im Dachgeschoss / Dachboden, sowie der großen Mensa im Erdgeschoss sind Deckenstrahlplatten vorgesehen. Alle statischen Heizflächen werden mit absperrbaren und einstellbaren Rücklaufverschraubungen ausgerüstet. Zur Einzelraum-Temperaturregelung ist immer raumweise ein Zonenventil mit Stellantrieb geplant. Der hydraulische Abgleich zwischen den Heizkörpern innerhalb eines Raumes erfolgt über die Rücklaufverschraubung. Beim Durchtritt durch Brandwände oder -decken in der entsprechenden F-Qualität sind Rohrabschottungen vorgesehen.
