Description: Un groupement de commandes régi par les dispositions prévues à l'article L.2113-6 du Code de la Commande Publique (CCP), a été constitué entre : • La Régie d'Electricité de Thônes (RET) 8, voie Eugène Fournier Bidoz BP 30 74230 Thônes • SEML Energie et Services de Seyssel (ESS) 23 avenue Borcier 74910 SEYSSEL La RET a été désignée comme coordonnateur du groupement de commandes. Elle est mandatée pour la passation, la signature et la notification du marché, au nom et pour le compte de l'ensemble des membres du groupement : un seul marché sera établi pour les deux entreprises désignées ci-dessus. Chaque membre du groupement se charge ensuite de l'exécution du marché pour son propre compte. Chaque membre du groupement est désigné ci-après "Le Groupement".
