Description: Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture de matériel de télévigilance. Le but étant de sécuriser la personne en analysant les habitudes de vie dans son environnement, de détecter les dangers ainsi que les situations anormales et de lancer l’alerte. L’objectif est d’acquérir du matériel de télévigilance pour faire face à la croissance et au remplacement du matériel défectueux ou vétuste. L’accord-cadre est divisé en cinq lots comme suit : Lot 1 : Appareils et accessoires de télévigilance, Lot 2 : Semainiers électroniques, Lot 3 : Boutons SOS avec GPS, Lot 4 : Montres SOS avec GPS, Lot 5 : Serrures connectées. Le candidat peut remettre une candidature pour un ou plusieurs lots. L’attribution du marché se fera en 2 phases comme suit : - 1ère phase : La sélection des candidats ; - 2ème phase : L’attribution du marché au soumissionnaire sélectionné économiquement le plus avantageux du point de vue de l’adjudicateur.

Description: L’objectif est d’acquérir du matériel de télévigilance pour faire face à la croissance et au remplacement du matériel défectueux ou vétuste. Le matériel doit être compatible et s’intégrer avec notre centrale de télévigilance actuelle (Tunstall PNC8). Quatre points sont particulièrement importants dans le cadre général du présent accord-cadre : - Les technologies et standards utilisés doivent être largement répandus, éprouvés, fiables ; - Le matériel doit être robuste ; - Le matériel doit être facilement configurable et permettre une gestion centralisée avec un outil intuitif ; - Les appareils ainsi que leurs accessoires doivent être simples et intuitifs à l’usage par l’utilisateur mais également aisés à programmer et à manipuler par le personnel du pouvoir adjudicateur.
