Description: Der Auftrag umfasst den vollständigen technischen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung des öffentlichen Webauftritts der Leuphana Universität Lüneburg unter leuphana.de. Das System wird auf Basis von TYPO3 (aktuell 12.4.x LTS, Ziel: 13.x LTS) in einem Composer-basierten Setup betrieben. Die Leistungen gliedern sich in drei Positionen: Onboarding Infrastrukturübernahme, Arbeitsfähigkeit, Projektmanagement-Setup TYPO3-Upgrade Migration TYPO3 12 ? 13 Service und Support Laufender Betrieb, Störungsmanagement, Entwicklung (4 Jahre) Alle drei Positionen bilden einen technisch-funktionalen Gesamtzusammenhang und sind Bestandteil eines einheitlichen Auftrags, es erfolgt keine losweise Vergabe.

Description of selection criterion: Referenzen: Mindestens zwei Referenzprojekte mit Ansprechpartner und Kurzbeschreibung sind mit dem Angebot einzureichen. Referenzen müssen Projekte auf Basis von TYPO3 ab Version 10 LTS betreffen und innerhalb der letzten 3 Jahre abgeschlossen oder aktiv betreut worden sein. Referenzen müssen auf Anforderung nachprüfbar sein. Bei mindestens einer der beiden Referenzen muss der Auftraggeber eine öffentliche Institution, eine Hochschule oder ein in der technischen Komplexität vergleichbarer Auftraggeber sein. Die nach den Besonderen Vertragsbedingungen zusätzlich einzureichenden Referenzen werden in den Wertungskriterien entsprechend den dort genannten Anforderungen bewertet. Die zusätzlichen Referenzen können mit den zuvor genannten Referenzen identisch sein, eine Bewertung entsprechend den inhaltlichen Anforderungen erfolgt jedoch nur im Rahmen der Wertungskriterien.
