In masura în care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatiile suplimentare au fost adresate în termenul prevazut în anuntul de participare, respectiv cel mai tarziu cu 19 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit in anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform prevederilor art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul stabilit, conform prevederilor art. 27, alin. 3) din HG 395/2016.

Estimarea de timp de mai sus este indicativa, iar nelansarea unei astfel de invitatii intr-un anumit interval de timp nu conduce in nicio situatie la eliberarea semnatarilor Acordului Cadru de obligatiile lor. Cantitatile estimate aferente Acordului cadru pentru Lotul 2, respectiv cantitatilor ce ar putea face obiectul unui singur Contract Subsecvent dintre cele care urmeaza sa fie atribuite, pe durata Acordului Cadru, sunt:

Se va prezenta DUAE (pt. ofertantul unic, fiecare membru al Asoc/ subcontr/tert sustinator, dupa caz). Proc. de negociere competitiva se desfăşoară în 2 etape:a) etapa depunerii solicitărilor de participare şi a selectării candidaţilor, prin aplicarea criteriilor de calificare şi selecţie; b)etapa depunerii ofertelor iniţiale de către candidaţii selectaţi în cadrul primei etape şi a evaluării conformităţii acestora cu cerinţele minime stabilite de AC şi negocierile în vederea îmbunătăţirii ofertelor iniţiale, a depunerii ofertelor finale şi a evaluării acestora, prin aplicarea criteriului de atribuire şi a factorilor de evaluare.AC va realiza Selectia Candidatilor in vederea participarii in etapa 2 prin aplicarea criteriului de selectie/lot: “Experienta Similara”, cu pondere 100%, astfel: Candidatii vor demonstra experienta similara prin prezentarea oricaror doc.(certificari de buna executie, procese-verbale de receptie, contracte etc.) care sa confirme executia in ultimii 5 ani, pana la data limita de depunere a Ofertelor in cadrul prezentei proceduri, la nivelul a maximum 3 contracte, a unor lucrari similare celor descrise in Doc.descriptiv, respectiv lucrari autorizate de constructie sau demolare, lucrari de decontaminare sol/subsol si lucrari de reconstructie ecologica, in valoare cumulata de min.: Lot 1: 3.200.000 lei, Lot 2: 3.800.000 lei, Lot 3: 6.200.000 lei, Lot 4: 4.700.000 lei, Lot 5: 4.700.000 lei. Acei Candidati care vor prezenta o valoare pentru experienta similara:(a)mai mica decat valoarea min.solicitata: vor fi descalificati, cu calificativul „CERINTA MIN. NEINDEPLINITA”; (b)egala cu valoarea min.solicitata: vor primi calificativul„CERINTA MIN.
