Description: Der Leistungsumfang ist in der Leistungsbeschreibung (Anlage 03) abschließend beschrieben. Allgemeine Anforderungen. Übergreifende Anforderungen an das NMS, insbesondere an Architektur, Datenhaltung, Schnittstellen, Informationssicherheit, Skalierbarkeit sowie an die Integration in die bestehende System- und Prozesslandschaft des bezugsberechtigten Unternehmens. Funktionsumfang 1: Rechenfähiges Niederspannungs-Netzmodell (digitaler Zwilling) einschließlich Integration in ERP-, GIS- und EDM-Systeme sowie Abbildung der Ist- und Soll-Schaltzustände. Funktionsumfang 2: Einbindung von Messdaten aus Ortsnetzstationen und TAF-Werten, Netzberechnung, Ermittlung des Netzzustands sowie Steuerbarkeitschecks. Funktionsumfang 3: Netzorientierte Steuerung gemäß § 14a EnWG und § 9 EEG einschließlich Nachweisführung und Dokumentation. Erweiterter Funktionsumfang: Netzberechnung für die Netzplanung, automatisierte Netzanschlussprüfung sowie Redispatch 2.0 und perspektivisch Redispatch 3.0. Die Thüga Aktiengesellschaft beschafft als zentrale Beschaffungsstelle gemäß § 4a SektVO im Namen und für Rechnung der teilnehmenden Beteiligungsunternehmen (derzeit rund 100 Unternehmen der Thüga-Gruppe). Auf Basis der im Verfahren verhandelten Vertragsbedingungen schließen die einzelnen Beteiligungsunternehmen individuelle Rahmenverträge auf Grundlage der EVB-IT Verträge.
