Description of selection criterion: Für die Beurteilung der Eignung des Bewerbers folgende Unterlagen vorzulegen: (Eigen)Erklärungen darüber, dass 1. über das Vermögen des Bewerbers kein Insolvenz- oder ein vergleichbares gesetzliches Verfahren eröffnet bzw. die Eröffnung beantragt oder dieser Antrag mangels Masse ab-gelehnt wurde, 2. sich der Bewerber nicht in der Liquidation befindet, 3. der Bewerber der Verpflichtung zur Zahlung von Steuern und Abgaben sowie der Beiträge zur gesetzlichen Sozialversicherung nachgekommen ist, 4. die Ausschlussvoraussetzungen gem. § 19 Abs. 1 MiLoG nicht vorliegen. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass der Auftraggeber unabhängig von der Eigenerklärung gem. § 19 Abs. 1 MiLoG das Recht hat, jederzeit zusätzliche Auskünfte des Gewerbezentralregisters nach § 150 a GewO anzufordern (§ 19 Abs. 3 MiLoG). Bei Aufträgen ab einer Höhe von 30.000 € netto fordert der Auftraggeber in jedem Fall für die Bieterin oder den Bieter, die oder der den Zuschlag erhalten soll, vor der Zuschlagserteilung eine Auskunft aus dem Gewerbezentralregister nach § 150 a GewO an. 5. die beigefügten Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen für Lieferungen und Leistungen der Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft e.V. akzeptiert werden. 6. der Bewerber keinen Bezug zu Russland aufweist im Sinne von Artikel 5 k) Absatz 1 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 833/2014 in der Fassung des Art. 1 Ziff. 23 der Verordnung (EU) 2022/576 des Rates vom 8.
