În baza acordului-cadru încheiat se urmăreşte în principiu prestarea următoarelor activităţi:
— curăţatul manual al zăpezii;
— împrăștierea materialului antiderapant, pentru combaterea poleiului;
— curăţarea mecanizată a zăpezii – pluguitul;
— curăţarea gurilor de scurgere;
— încărcat, transportat zăpadă și gheață.

Description of the procurement
Scopul contractului îl reprezintă stabilirea elementelor/condiţiilor esenţiale care vor guverna desfăşurarea activităţii de deszăpezire în municipiul Baia Mare.
Durata pentru care se încheie acordul-cadru a serviciului public de salubrizare, componenta deszăpezire, a municipiului Baia Mare este de maximum 4 ani (patru ani) calendaristici sau până la intrarea în vigoare a contractului de delegare a gestiunii serviciului public de salubrizare inclusiv componenta deszăpezire a municipiului Baia Mare.
Valoare estimată pentru acordul-cadru pentru 4 ani:
— valoare minimă estimată acord-cadru: 14 226 080 RON fără TVA;
— valoare maximă estimată acord-cadru: 94 138 880 RON fără TVA.
Valoare estimată pentru un contract subsecvent:
— valoare minimă estimată contract subsecvent: 1 422 280 RON fără TVA;
— valoare maximă estimată contract subsecvent: 16 526 080 RON fără TVA.
