Description: 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Leasing operacyjny niekonsumencki 1 (jednego) fabrycznie nowego pojazdu specjalistycznego do odbioru odpadów o napędzie CNG o DMC 26 ton. Przedmiot zamówienia jest sklasyfikowany wg. Wspólnego Słownika Zamówień (Klasyfikacja CPV) pod kodem 66114000-2 (Usługi leasingowe). 2. Przedmiotem zamówienia nie jest ubezpieczenie leasingowanego pojazdu. Zamawiający będzie samodzielnie ubezpieczał leasingowany pojazd. Polisa ubezpieczeniowa zostanie wystawiona na Wykonawcę jako właściciela pojazdu. Dlatego wykonawcy nie mają w swoich ofertach uwzględniać kosztów ubezpieczenia leasingowanego pojazdu. Zamawiający deklaruje wkład własny w wysokości do 10% wartości zakupu. Zamawiający dopuszcza wniesienie wkładu własnego po podpisaniu umowy leasingu, a przed protokolarnym odbiorem przez Zamawiającego przedmiotu leasingu. Ponadto Zamawiający wyraża zgodę na zapłatę pierwszej raty leasingu w tym samym miesiącu, w którym nastąpi protokolarny odbiór przez Zamawiającego przedmiotu leasingu. 3. Okres leasingu wynosi 60 miesięcy licząc od daty protokolarnego przekazania Zamawiającemu przedmiotu leasingu.
