Description: Die Fernwärmeversorgung erfolgte bisher durch Abwärme des Biomasse-Heizkraftwerkes auf dem Ziegelweg. Über einen Holzhackschnitzelkessel wurde mittels einer Turbine Strom erzeugt. Die Abwärme diente teilweise zur Fernwärmeversorgung. Der Betrieb wurde am 31. März 2026 eingestellt. Die ausgeschriebene Leistung umfasst die Planung und Bauüberwachung (HOAI-Leistungsphasen 3 Entwurfsplanung bis 9 Objektüberwachung) umfasst im Wesentlichen folgende Maßnahmen: - Abbruch des technischen Anlagenbestandes - zwei Hackschnitzelkessel mit 1.000 kW bzw. 4.500 kW Leistung - 200 m³-Pufferspeicher - ein Elektroheizkessel - Überdachung des Brennstofflagers - Fördereinrichtungen - Abgasanlage mit Filter - Verrohrung - MSR-Technik - Elektrische Anlagen
