Title: Grundschule Rußhütte Saarbrücken - Erweiterungsneubau - Objektleistung Freianlagenplanung
Description: Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Planung der Außenanlagen im Zusammenhang mit dem Neubau zweier Erweiterungsgebäude an der Montessori-Grundschule Rußhütte-Saarbrücken. Die Hochbauerweiterungen umfassen einen Anbau am Gebäude der Grundschule sowie einen Anbau am Gebäude der Nachmittagsbetreuung. Ziel ist die Schaffung eines attraktiven Freiraums mit hoher Aufenthaltsqualität und einem vielfältigen Spiel- und Bewegungsangebot für Kinder im Alter von 5 bis 13 Jahren. Vorgesehen sind insbesondere Kletter- und Balancierangebote sowie parcoursähnliche Bewegungsflächen. Für die Gestaltung steht eine rund 900 m² große Fläche zur Verfügung, wobei die vorhandenen Baumstandorte zu berücksichtigen sind. Das Gelände weist ein Gefälle von etwa 8 % auf. Dieses soll bewusst als prägendes Gestaltungselement genutzt und in das Spielkonzept integriert werden. Erforderliche Geländemodellierungen sind möglichst im Massenausgleich auszuführen. Bestandteil der Planung ist außerdem die Einfriedung des Spielgeländes entlang der Straße. Sie übernimmt nicht nur eine sicherheitsrelevante Funktion, sondern prägt auch das Erscheinungsbild der Schule und des Straßenraums. Daher soll sie sich gestalterisch in den begrünten Freiraum einfügen und möglichst durch vegetative Elemente ergänzt werden. Darüber hinaus sind die Anschlussbereiche zwischen den Neubauten und den bestehenden Außenanlagen neu zu gestalten. Hierzu gehören insbesondere die Anpassung der Wegeführung und der Oberflächenbeläge. Eine neue Stellplatzfläche wird innerhalb des Planungsgebietes ausgewiesen und muss planerisch umgesetzt werden. Die Planung der Stellplätze und der gebäudenahen Bereiche erfolgt in enger Abstimmung mit den Hochbauarchitekten sowie den weiteren beteiligten Fachplanern. Zum Ausgleich der entfallenden Bäume sind Neupflanzungen von Bäumen sowie blühenden Laubgehölzen vorgesehen. Neue Baumstandorte auf der bestehenden Parkplatzfläche vor der Gebäudefassade des Erweiterungsbaus "Nachmittagsbetreuung" sind gewünscht. Die Außenanlage soll durch eine naturnahe Materialwahl geprägt werden. Gleichzeitig müssen alle verwendeten Materialien langlebig, robust und pflegeleicht sein. Eingriffe in die Wurzelbereiche der vorhandenen Bäume sind auf das notwendige Minimum zu beschränken. Grundsätzlich sind eine barrierefreie Erschließung und Verbindung aller Gebäude und Außenanlagen anzusterben. Bei der Planung sind sämtliche einschlägigen technischen Regelwerke, Normen und Richtlinien zu beachten und einzuhalten.
