The market dialogue is a part of the preliminary work for the procurement and is being carried out as the contracting authority would like input for the procurement from potential suppliers, possibly also from other interested parties. As a part of this process, suppliers of wireless heart rate monitors are invited to give birth/newborns who can provide fast (ila during the first few seconds) heart rate on wet/newborn skin to provide input to the procurement.
