Description: Die Gemeinde Denkendorf beabsichtigt eine umfassende Sanierung ihres Freibades, um dieses aus technischer, funktionaler, hygienischer und gestalterischer Sicht wieder auf den neuesten Stand zu bringen. Hierzu wurde eine Untersuchung in Auftrag gegeben, um die erforderlichen Mass-nahmen zunächst verifizieren zu können und einen Machbarkeitshorizont bzgl. eines möglichen zeitlichen, wie finanziellen Rahmens zu entwickeln. Da die Gemeinde Denkendorf in diesem Fachgebiet nicht mit der nötigen fachlichen Expertise ausgestattet ist, hat sie das Büro Richter + Rausenberger beauftragt die Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das weitere Vorgehen erarbeiten zu lassen. Diese liegen vor, sind den Vergabeunterlagen beigefügt und stellen nicht eine Vorwegnahme weiterer Planungen dar. Sie bezieht sich im Wesentlichen auf folgende Themenbereiche: - Springerbecken - Kinderbecken - Umkleide - Sanitärräume, Betriebsräume - Technische Anlagen - Badewasseraufbereitung - Erwärmung des Badewassers - Energetische Optimierung
