Description of the options: Su fecha de inicio será el día en que se realicen los cambios reglamentarios de baja con el actual comercializador y alta con la empresa adjudicataria de este contrato, tramitándose éstas en un plazo máximo de quince días desde la fecha de la firma del contrato. A su vez, el contrato podrá finalizar, además de por conclusión del periodo de vigencia, por mutuo acuerdo entre las partes, así como por el resto de los supuestos previstos en la normativa sobre contratos administrativos y en la legislación del sector eléctrico. Si finalizado el contrato, el Ayuntamiento de Librilla no hubiera adjudicado uno nuevo, la compañía comercializadora adjudicataria del presente contrato se compromete a mantener el suministro, con los mismo precios atendiendo a lo estipulado en los pliegos, durante 6 MESES, en tanto no se firme uno nuevo, sin coste adicional alguno.
