Main features of the procedure: Nach einer vorherigen Bekanntmachung kann innerhalb der Angebotsfrist eine unbeschränkte Anzahl von Bietern, die Interesse haben, den/die geplante(n) Kurs(e) durchzuführen, ihre vollständig ausgearbeiteten Angebote einreichen. Die Öffnung der Angebote erfolgt formlos ohne Teilnahme der Bieter durch das AMS. Nach der Eignungsprüfung und Bewertung der Angebote durch das AMS behält sich der Auftraggeber Verhandlungen mit dem präsumtiven Bestbieter zur Konzeptanpassung und zum Preis vor. In weiterer Folge erfolgt die Zuschlagsentscheidung. Die Zuschlagsentscheidung wird allen Bietern mitgeteilt. Dabei wird auch das Ausscheiden von Bietern aus formalen oder sonstigen Gründen, die Stillhaltefrist, der Gesamtpreis und eine Begründung der Entscheidung mitgeteilt. Nach Ablauf der Stillhaltefrist erfolgt – vorbehaltlich unbedenklicher Auskünfte gem. §81 Abs.2 bzw. § 82 Abs.3 BVergG – die Zuschlagserteilung.
