Description: HUS Kiinteistöt Oy kilpailuttaa HUS-yhtymän toiminta-alueella sijaitsevissa sairaaloissa ja muissa toimipisteissä tarvittavien viemäreiden ja kaivojen loka- ja huoltotöiden hankinnan. Tällaisia toimipisteitä (sairaaloita) sijaitsee etenkin Helsingin, Espoon, Vantaan, Hyvinkään, Lohjan, Porvoon ja Raaseporin kaupunkien alueella, mutta toimintaa on myös muilla paikkakunnilla pienemmässä mittakaavassa. Tähän hankintaan kuuluvat mm. seuraavat työtehtävät oheisten tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti: - Hiekanerotus- ja sadevesikaivojen tyhjennys ja pesu sekä jätteenkuljetus jätteenkäsittelypaikalle - Rasvanerotuskaivojen tyhjennys ja pesu korkeapainehuuhtelu sekä jätteenkuljetus jätteenkäsittelypaikalle - Öljynerotuskaivon tyhjennys ja pesu sekä jätteenkuljetus jätteenkäsittelypaikalle - Viemäreiden avaus ja pesu korkeapainehuuhteluautolla sekä sulatukset - Linjakuivausjärjestelmien tyhjennykset ja pesut - Viemäreiden tulppaukset ja ohipumppaukset - Pumppaamojen ja pumppaamokaivojen tyhjennykset sekä painepesut - Viemäreiden kuvaukset Osassa kohteista voidaan sopia vakiotyhjennykset, jotka toteutetaan lähtökohtaisesti arkipäivän hinnaston mukaan. Vakiotyhjennyksistä ja niiden aikatauluista sovitaan Tilaajan kanssa erikseen. Kilpailutus on jaettu osa-alueisiin sairaanhoitoalueittain: 1. HYKS -sairaanhoitoalue (Helsinki, Vantaa, Espoo) 2. Hyvinkään sairaanhoitoalue (Hyvinkää, Ohkola) 3. Porvoon sairaanhoitoalue 4. Lohjan ja Länsi-Uudenmaan sairaanhoitoalue (Raasepori) Osa-alueittain valitaan kaksi (2) toimittajaa, ellei hyväksyttyjä tarjouksia saada vähemmän. Sopimuskauden kesto on kaksi (2) vuotta. Sopimukseen sisältyy mahdollisuus yhteen (1) kahden (2) vuoden optioon. Sopimuskaudella ostettavien palveluiden määrä sekä kohteet, joihin palveluita hankitaan, voivat vaihdella. Tilaaja ei sitoudu tiettyihin hankintamääriin. Sopimuskauden aikana tilaaja voi tilata osa-alueiden sisällä hankinnan kohteen mukaisia palveluita hintaliitteen mukaisilla hinnoilla tai minikilpailuttamalla (kevennetty kilpailutus). Kansallisen kynnysarvon alittavissa hankinnoissa (yksittäiset työtilaukset) tilaaja voi hankkia tarvittavan työkokonaisuuden tilanteen mukaan parhaaksi katsomaltaan ja tarkoituksenmukaisimmalta toimittajalta. Tällöin käytetään toimittajan tarjoamia hintoja. Kansallisen kynnysarvon ylittävissä hankinnoissa järjestetään minikilpailutus osa-alueen toimittajien kesken. Sopimustoimittajilta on mahdollista hankkia myös muita hankinnan kohteeseen liittyviä tuotteita, vuokralaitteita ja -koneita tai erityisosaamista. Muiden tuotteiden, vuokralaitteiden ja -koneiden tai erityisosaamisen hinnoittelussa tulee noudattaa samaa periaatetta kuin tarjouksessa annetuissa hinnoissa.
