Description: Deze Europese aanbesteding heeft betrekking op het planmatig en projectmatig onderhoud van natuur, terreinen en bijbehorende infrastructuur binnen de door Dunea beheerde gebieden. De opdracht omvat werkzaamheden in de duingebieden, natuurterreinen en productielocaties van Dunea, met als doel de instandhouding van natuurwaarden, recreatieve voorzieningen en een veilige leefomgeving te waarborgen. De werkzaamheden variëren van regulier onderhoud tot specialistische natuurbeheermaatregelen en projecten. Daarnaast omvat de opdracht onder meer bosbeheer, maaiwerkzaamheden, bestrijding van invasieve exoten, afrasteringen, recreatieve voorzieningen en terreinonderhoud op productielocaties. Dunea zoekt hiervoor professionele partners die beschikken over de benodigde kennis, capaciteit en expertise om deze werkzaamheden duurzaam en veilig uit te voeren. Met deze aanbesteding beoogt Dunea de continuïteit, kwaliteit en beheersbaarheid van het onderhoud voor de komende jaren te borgen en de afhankelijkheid van een beperkt aantal marktpartijen te verminderen. Duurzaamheid, samenwerking, veiligheid en kwaliteit vormen daarbij belangrijke uitgangspunten. De opdracht wordt in meerdere percelen aanbesteed, zodat gespecialiseerde marktpartijen kunnen inschrijven op het deel van de werkzaamheden dat het beste aansluit bij hun expertise. Inschrijvers worden uitgenodigd om aan te tonen hoe zij bijdragen aan een toekomstbestendig beheer van de natuur- en terreinwaarden binnen het werkgebied van Dunea.

Description: Dit perceel omvat het planmatig en projectmatig uitvoeren van natuur- en terreinonderhoud in Gebied Noord van het beheersgebied van Dunea. Het gebied bestaat uit de duingebieden Berkheide en Meijendel en de bijbehorende en aangrenzende terreinlocaties, waaronder locatie Zeeweg, Hillegom, Lisse en Noordwijk. De werkzaamheden vinden hoofdzakelijk plaats in Natura2000-gebieden en omvatten onder meer maaibeheer, bosarbeid, bestrijding van invasieve exoten, onderhoud van de bestrating op de terreinen, afrasteringswerkzaamheden en het uitvoeren van maatregelen gericht op instandhouding en verbetering van habitattypen.
