Description: Le présent marché concerne les transports sanitaires suite à la prise en charge de personnes accidentées, blessées ou en détresse sur le domaine skiable de Valmeinier par la SEMVAL. Le marché est passé sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande, conclu sans montant minimum annuel et avec un montant maximum de 100 000 euro(s) HT par an. Les prestations seront exécutées au fur et à mesure des besoins de la SEMVAL, par l'émission de bons de commande, dans la limite du montant maximum annuel fixé au présent marché. Le présent accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée initiale d'un an à compter de sa date de notification. Il pourra être reconduit deux fois pour une période d'un an, soit une durée totale maximale de trois ans, sans que le titulaire puisse s'y opposer. La reconduction sera effectuée dans les conditions prévues au présent marché
