Title: VgV-Verfahren "Neue zentrale Feuerwache in Müllheim i.M., Brandschutzkonzept"
Description: Das Bestandsgebäude der Feuerwehr der Stadt Müllheim i.M. liegt in beengter innerörtlicher Lage in der Hauptstraße von Müllheim i.M. Das sanierungsbedürftige Gebäude befindet sich in einer einsatztechnisch ungünstigen Lage und entspricht nicht den heutigen funktionalen Anforderungen der Feuerwehr. Da eine Sanierung der bestehenden Gebäude aus technischer und wirtschaftlicher Sicht sowie hinsichtlich der ungünstigen Lage nicht sinnvoll ist, sollen die Einrichtungen an einem neuen Standort untergebracht werden. Die Stadt Müllheim i.M. stellt zur Umsetzung ein verkehrstechnisch günstig gelegenes Grundstück an der südwestlichen Stadteinfahrt an der B3 zur Verfügung. Um die beste Lösung für den zusätzlichen Raumbedarf und die funktionalen Anforderungen für den Neubau der Feuerwehr zu finden, hat sich der Gemeinderat für die Durchführung eines Realisierungswettbewerbs entschieden. Das Architekturbüro BJW Architekten wurde mit den weiteren Planungen beauftragt. Zur Umsetzung der Baumaßnahme auf Grundlage des weiter entwickelten Wettbewerbsentwurfs sind nun weitere Planungsleistungen erforderlich. Das Planungsgebiet liegt westlich des Stadtzentrums des Ortes unmittelbar an der B3 und der Hauptstraße mit Anbindung an die Südtangente. Das Planungsgebiet besteht aus dem gemeindeeigenen Flurstück Nr. 7455. Das Planungsgebiet hat eine Fläche von etwa 13.860 qm. Im Norden wird das Planungsgebiet vom Klemmbach begrenzt, nach Osten, Süden und Westen von öffentlichen Straßen. Grundlage der Planungen ist der weiter entwickelte Wettbewerbsentwurf vom Juni 2026. Der Planungsstand ist als Anlage der Beschreibung der Vergabe beigefügt. Die Nutzfläche des Neubaus beträgt ca. 2.600 qm, die Bruttogrundfläche ca. 3.320 qm, der Bruttorauminhalt ca. 17.000 qm. Die geschätzten anrechenbaren Kosten betragen für die Kostengruppe 300 ca. 5.850.000 Euro netto und für die Kostengruppe 400 ca. 1.950.000 Euro netto.
