O udzielenie zamówienia może się ubiegać wykonawca, który nie podlega wykluczeniu z postępowania w okolicznościach, o których mowa w SWZ, w tym obligatoryjne przesłanki wykluczenia określone w art. 108 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (Dz.
