Dit resulteert in een onderbouwd ondernemingsplan dat als basis kan dienen voor een aanvraag in het kader van het Bbz 2004. Doelgroep De doelgroep bestaat uit personen met een uitkering op grond van de Participatiewet of WW of inwoners die in dreigende bijstandsbehoeftige omstandigheden verkeren én die de intentie hebben een onderneming te starten. Het is niet mogelijk om deze omvang nauwkeurig in te schatten, aangezien de vraag naar de verschillende trajecten fluctueert. Onderstaand is indicatief. • Starterstrajecten (perceel 1) 20 per jaar.
