Description: Punctajul privind experienţa experţilor (PEE) se va obţine prin însumarea punctelor acordate pentru fiecare expert cheie din cei 7, conform precizarilor din Anexa 1 la Fisa de date. Punctajul maxim pentru experienţa experţilor este de 60 puncte. Factorii de evaluare utilizaţi: P1 – Preţul ofertei, pondere – 40% P2 – Factori de evaluare ce vizează aspectele calitative ale ofertei, pondere – 60%, respectiv: Factori de evaluare privind experienţa experţilor PEE (60 puncte). Evaluarea ofertelor se realizează prin acordarea, pentru fiecare ofertă în parte, a unui punctaj rezultat ca urmare a aplicării metodologiei de calcul prezentate. Clasamentul ofertelor se stabileşte prin ordonarea descrescătoare a punctajelor respective, oferta câştigătoare fiind cea de pe primul loc, respectiv cea cu punctajul cel mai mare. Punctajul maxim total este 100. Punctajul total se obţine utilizând următoarea formulă de calcul: PT = P1 + P2 , unde: PT – punctajul total obţinut de un ofertant . Se va avea in vedere in mod obligatoriu Anexa 1 la Fisa de date in care sunt prevazute conditiile de punctare a celor 7 experti.
