Zertifizierung Der Auftragnehmer verfügt über die erforderlichen abfallrechtlichen Genehmigungen. Die Genehmigung ist als Anlage 8 dem Angebot beizulegen. Sofern der Auftragnehmer in der europäische Liste der zugelassenen Abwrackeinrichtungen aufgeführt ist, ist ein Verweis ausreichend. Der Verweis ist dann ebenfalls als Anlage 8 zu kennzeichnen.
