Title: Austausch MRT-Scanner im laufenden Betrieb
Description: Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Abnahme eines modernen heliumarmen Magnetresonaztomographiesystems (MRT) als Ersatz für das bestehende Magnetresonaztomographiegerät. Die Maßnahme erfolgt im Rahmen einer Modernisierung der radiologischen Diagnostikinfrastruktur zur Sicherstellung einer zukunftsfähigen, qualitativ hochwertigen und wirtschaftlichen Patientenversorgung. Der Austausch des Bestandsgerätes erfolgt während des laufenden Klinikbetriebs. Hierfür sind sämtliche erforderlichen Leistungen zur Demontage und fachgerechten Entsorgung bzw. Rücknahme des vorhandenen MRT-Systems sowie zur Lieferung, Einbringung, Installation, Integration und Inbetriebnahme des neuen MRT-Systems vorzusehen. Bestandteil des Auftrags sind darüber hinaus alle notwendigen Anpassungen der bestehenden räumlichen, technischen und infrastrukturellen Gegebenheiten, soweit diese für den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb des neuen Systems erforderlich sind. Diese umfassen insbesondere die Abstimmung und Umsetzung erforderlicher Maßnahmen hinsichtlich Stromversorgung, Klimatisierung, MRT-spezifische Abschirm- und Schutzmaßnahmen, IT- und Netzwerkanschlüssen sowie weiterer medizintechnischer und gebäudetechnischer Schnittstellen. Es sind ggfls. geringfügige bauliche Änderungen erforderlich. Das zu beschaffende System muss dem aktuellen Stand von Wissenschaft und Technik entsprechen und die Heliumarme-Technologie einsetzen. Ziel der Beschaffung ist die Bereitstellung eines leistungsfähigen, zukunftssicheren MRT-Systems für den Einsatz in der klinischen Routine, einschließlich Notfall-, ambulanten und stationären Untersuchungen. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören weiterhin die vollständige Integration in die bestehende Krankenhaus-IT und radiologische Infrastruktur (insbesondere PACS und weitere relevante Systeme), die Durchführung aller erforderlichen Prüfungen und Abnahmen, die Einweisung und Schulung des medizinischen, technischen und administrativen Personals sowie die Bereitstellung der für den Betrieb notwendigen Dokumentationen und Zulassungsnachweise. Die Ausführung der Maßnahme ist so zu planen und durchzuführen, dass Einschränkungen des klinischen Betriebs auf ein Minimum reduziert werden und die Verfügbarkeit der radiologischen Versorgung während des Geräteaustauschs weitestgehend sichergestellt bleibt.
