Description of the options: De looptijd van de Onderhoudsovereenkomst bedraagt (beoogd): • Vanaf de datum van opdrachtverstrekking: o Drie jaar (beëindiging van rechtswege, tenzij verlengd middels optie-1). • Met twee keer een eenzijdige optie voor Opdrachtgever om de Onderhoudsovereenkomst aansluitend te verlengen, respectievelijk: o Optie-1: vier jaar (beëindiging van rechtswege, tenzij verlengd middels optie-2); o Optie-2: vier jaar (beëindiging van rechtswege, zonder dat opzegging is vereist); o Opdrachtgever zal minimaal zes maanden voor afloop van de (verlengde) Onderhoudsovereenkomst een besluit nemen of de desbetreffende optie zal worden gelicht. Opdrachtnemer stemt bij voorbaat onherroepelijk en onvoorwaardelijk in met een eventuele verlenging. Gedurende de looptijd van de Onderhoudsovereenkomst kan de omvang van de Opdracht wijzigen, bijvoorbeeld door het toevoegen of afstoten van schoollocaties of installaties. De Onderhoudsovereenkomst voorziet in mechanismen om het onderhoud hierop aan te passen. Tevens kunnen gedurende de looptijd verbouwingen plaatsvinden, waardoor (delen van) gebouwen of installaties tijdelijk buiten onderhoud worden geplaatst en na afronding opnieuw worden opgenomen. De omvang van de Opdracht wordt periodiek in overleg met Opdrachtnemer herijkt.
