Cantitățile minime și maxime ale acordului cadru, cantitățile minime și maxime ale contractului subsecvent și specificațiile tehnice ale produselor se regăsesc în caietele de sarcini.
Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 17 zile.

VI.3.
Additional information
A. DUAE este configurat de autoritatea contractanta direct in SEAP. Ofertantii vor completa DUAE in SEAP in mod direct, dupa autentificare, de fiecare participant.
B. În situatia în care se constata ca sunt mai multe oferte clasate pe primul loc, cu acelasi punctaj , autoritatea contractanta va solicita reofertare, in sensul doar de imbunatatire a ofertei
C. Fara a i se diminua raspunderea in ceea ce priveste modul de indeplinire a viitorului contract de achizitie publica, ofertantul are dreptul de a include in propunerea tehnica posibilitatea de a subcontracta o parte din contractul respectiv. In acest sens, in situatia in care ofertantul va subcontracta o parte sau parti din contract, acesta va completa corespunzator DUAE.
D. Corespondenta si toate documentele depuse de ofertanti vor fi in limba romana, sau insotite de traducere autorizata in limba romana.
E. Solicitarile de clarificari privind ofertele depuse, se transmit in SEAP la Sectiunea aferentă din cadrul procedurii de atribuire. Ofertantii vor transmite raspunsurile la clarificari si eventualele documente solicitate pe parcursul evaluarii ofertelor prin intermediul SEAP, integral in sectiunea corespunzatoare respectivei solicitari, sub forma unuia sau a mai multor documente fisiere distincte semnate cu semnatura electronica.
F. Fara a aduce atingere prevederilor Legii nr.182/2002 privind protectia informatiilor clasificate, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, operatorul economic va preciza in oferta depusa (FORMULARUL nr. 9 din anexa Formulare) acele informatii cuprinse in propunerea tehnica si in propunerea financiara considerate a fi confidentiale, clasificate, protejate de un drept de proprietate intelectuala in masura in care, in mod obiectiv, dezvaluirea acestor informatii ar prejudicia interesele legitime ale operatorului economic ,in special in ceea ce priveste secretul comercial si proprietatea intelectuala
G. Cerintele tehnice definite la nivelul anuntului de participare, caietului de sarcini sau altor documente complementare, prin trimiterea standardelor, la un anumit producator, la marci, brevete, tipuri, la o origine sau la o productie/metoda specifica de fabricatie/prestare/executie, vor fi intelese ca fiind insotite de mentiunea ”sau echivalent”
