Justification for the duration of the framework agreement: Opdrachtgever kiest voor een maximale looptijd van acht (8) jaar voor de aanschaf van Monitoren/defibrillatoren onder de Raamovereenkomst omdat: De technische levensduur van het apparaat minimaal 8 jaar is, waarbij de doelstelling is te standaardiseren, de logistieke ketens te ontlasten en de inzetbaarheid te vergroten. Standaardisatie en uitwisselbaarheid komt niet alleen terug in de ge- en verbruiksartikelen, accu’s en opladers, maar ook bij accessoires bijvoorbeeld in de vorm van houders die in voertuigen geplaatst gaan worden; De investeringskosten en inspanningen om nieuwe Monitoren/defibrillatoren in gebruik te nemen significant zijn, onder andere ook door implementatie, inbouw, opleidingen en instructie.
