Achiziționarea de "Upgrade pentru sistemul SCADA-DMS DEER –UOR Transilvania Sud ", conform specificațiilor tehnice prevazute in Caietul de sarcini si Anexa 1 -Fisa tehnica.
- Upgradarea sistemului SCADA DMS al SDEE Transilvania Sud va imbunatati in mod considerabil conditiile de operare ale retelei electrice de distributie a DEER SA in conformitate cu standardul de performanta a serviciului de distributie a energiei electrice.
Solicitarile de clarificari privind documentia de atribuire se vor transmite cu cel putin 18 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor iar Raspunsul consolidat al entitatii contractante in mod clar, complet si fara ambiguitati la toate solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare va fi transmis cu cel putin 12 zile înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
Entitatea contractantă va răspunde doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul-limită stabilit mai sus.
