Die Gesamtversicherungssumme für Gebäude beträgt EUR 328.865.408,00, für Gebäude zum Zeitwert EUR 54.800,00 und für das Inventar EUR 19.827.096,00. Die versicherten Gefahren sind Feuer, Leitungswasser, Sturm/Hagel und im Inventarbereich zusätzlich Einbruchdiebstahl. Des Weiteren soll eine Elementarschadenversicherung Gegenstand des Angebotes sein. Es sind Angebote ohne Selbstbehalt und alternativ mit einem Selbstbehalt in Höhe von EUR 2.000,00 (max. EUR 20.000,00 p.a.) zu unterbreiten. Die Selbstbehalte in der Elementarschadenversicherung weichen ab und können den Ausschreibungsunterlagen entnommen werden.
