Procedura de achizitie publica se va organiza si derula de catre autoritatea contractanta Direcția de Administrare a Unităților de Învățământ Sector 4, in nume propriu, precum si in numele si pentru autoritatile contractante: Sectorul 4 al municipiului București, Direcția Generală de Impozite și Taxe Locale Sector 4, Direcția Generală de Evidență a Persoanelor Sector 4, Direcţia Generală de Asistenţă Socială și Protecţia Copilului Sector 4, Direcția de Mobilitate Urbană Sector 4, Direcția Piețe și Gestionare Activități Comerciale Sector 4, in baza unui protocol de asociere incheiat in acest sens.

Protocolul de asociere a fost incheiat in baza urmatoaelor prevederi legislative incidente: in temeiul prevederilor art. 3 alin. (1), art. 4 alin. (1) lit. c) și art. 44 alin. (1), (2), (3) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice, cu modificările și completările ulterioare.

Valoarea estimata minimă a acordului-cadru/in lei fara TVA 1 084 894,81 RON.
