Description of selection criterion: Der Bieter hat eine Bescheinigung über den Eintrag in die Liste des Vereins für die Präqualifikation von Bauunternehmen e. V. (Präqualifikationsverzeichnis), das ausgefüllte Formblatt 124 „Eigenerklärungen zur Eignung“ oder die Einheitliche Europäische Eigenerklärung (EEE) einzureichen. Bescheinigungen anderer Präqualifizierungsstellen werden anerkannt, wenn hinterlegte Dokumente einsehbar sind und in der Bescheinigung angegeben wird, welche Eignungskriterien, anhand welcher Dokumente bei der Präqualifizierung geprüft wurden. Die Eigenerklärungen des Formblattes 124 und der Einheitlichen Europäischen Eigenerklärung müssen nachträglich auf Verlangen der Vergabestelle mit entsprechenden Nachweisen untersetzt werden (sind im Formular einzeln benannt; bitte die Bestätigungen der AG für Referenzen unbedingt beachten!), sollte das Angebot in die engere Wahl kommen.
