Justification for the duration of the framework agreement: Gelet op de fasering van de diverse projecten bedraagt de maximale looptijd van de overeenkomst zes (6) jaar. Deze looptijd is langer dan 48 maanden zoals beschreven in art. 2.140 in de Aanbestedingswet 2012. De volgende motivering ligt daaraan ten grondslag: - De opdrachten vallen binnen de regionale Woondeal, waarvan de looptijd is verlengd tot en met 2032. Deze opgave omvat voor Bergen op Zoom de realisatie van circa 2.225 woningen, aangevuld met een gemeentelijke ambitie van circa 7.000 woningen tot 2040. - De projecten worden gefaseerd uitgevoerd en kennen veelal een doorlooptijd die voorbij 2032 kan reiken. Een langere looptijd van de raamovereenkomst voorkomt tussentijdse her-aanbestedingen en waarborgt de continuïteit en efficiënte uitvoering van lopende projecten. De aard en schaal van deze opgave rechtvaardigen een langere contractduur.
