Description: Die geplante Baumaßnahme liegt im nördlichen Abschnitt des Bedarfsplanvorhabens zur 8−streifigen Erweiterung der A1 beginnend am Autobahndreieck Hamburg-Südost bis zur Landesgrenze Hamburg/Niedersachsen. Vorhabenträger ist die Bundesrepublik Deutschland, Bundesfernstraßenverwaltung, vertreten durch die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes, diese vertreten durch die Deutsche Einheit Fernstraßenplanungs- und -bau GmbH (DEGES). Träger der Baulast ist die Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Die Gesamtmaßnahme zur Erweiterung der A 1 wurde in 3 Verkehrseinheiten (VKE) unterteilt, die jeweils für sich und unabhängig voneinander umgesetzt werden: o VKE 7141 (Planungsabschnitt Nord) o VKE 7142 (Planungsabschnitt Mitte) o VKE 7143 (Planungsabschnitt Süd). Derzeit laufen für die drei VKE unabhängig voneinander die Planfeststellungsverfahren. Gegenstand des Vertrages sind vermessungstechnische Leistungen der bauvorbereitenden Vermessung sowie Vermessungsleistungen zur Begleitung der Baumaßnahme. Die Baumaßnahme beinhaltet die Herstellung des nördlichen Teilbauwerks der NEB, das auf der Nordseite neben dem bestehenden Bauwerk herzustellen ist. Folgende Leistungen sind Gegenstand des Vertrages: o Prüfung und Ertüchtigung des Festpunktfeldes, o Detaillierung und Ergänzung der Planungsbegleitenden Vermessung, o Bauvorbereitende Absteckungen, o Kontrollvermessungen auf Anweisung des AG.
