Description: Waterschap Vallei en Veluwe nodigt marktpartijen uit om samen te werken binnen de raamovereenkomst Groot Onderhoud voor onze zuiveringslocaties. We zoeken partners die niet alleen vakbekwaam zijn in civieltechnische, werktuigbouwkundige, elektrotechnische en procesautomatiserings werkzaamheden, maar ook willen investeren in een duurzame, open en betrouwbare relatie. Het gaat om zowel planmatig groot onderhoud als ad-hoc werkzaamheden buiten calamiteiten. De aanbesteding is verdeeld in twee percelen: 1. Elektrotechniek/Procesautomatisering 2. Civieltechnisch/Werktuigbouwkundig Er worden maximaal drie partijen per perceel geselecteerd en inschrijving op één perceel per partij is mogelijk. De totale kosten van de opdracht(en) worden geraamd op circa € 1.500.000,- per jaar. Voor een meerjarenovereenkomst, inclusief eventuele verlengingen, met een totale looptijd van 72 maanden, wordt de totale omvang geraamd op circa € 18.000.000,-. In deze raming is uitgegaan van een marge van 200% om onvoorziene kosten op te vangen. Voor de werking van de raamovereenkomst en het plaatsen van nadere opdrachten wordt verwezen naar paragraaf H1.8. De genoemde omvang is uitsluitend bedoeld als indicatie; opdrachtnemers kunnen hieraan op geen enkele wijze rechten ontlenen.
